WHAT IS STYLE VISION?

Style Vision is a mobile application. It’s a consultation tool designed for you and your clients. Style Vision combines different look possibilities, the latest trends and product suggestions.

HOW DO I GET STYLEVISION?

You can download Style Vision on the App Store or Google Play. The application is free of charge and easily accessible for any stylist.

WHAT TYPE OF DEVICES DOES STYLE VISION WORK ON?

Style Vision is available for iOS and Android smartphones and tablets.

WILL I RECEIVE TECHNICAL SUPPORT IF I HAVE A QUESTION?

Yes. Style Vision has dedicated Customer Support. Please read this document before you contact the Customer Support.

I STOCK OTHER COLOUR, CARE AND STYLING BRANDS. DOES THIS PREVENT ME FROM USING THIS TOOL?

This doesn’t prevent you from using the tool for consultation, but Style Vision will only recommend products from the WELLA Salon Professional portfolio.

SHOULD I USE IT FOR EVERY CLIENT?

You can use Style Vision for new and existing clients. In fact, the tool is perfect for getting a full understanding of new clients and their desired look.

HOW MUCH TIME WILL IT TAKE TO DO A CONSULTATION?

Research conducted on the Style Vision consultation tool shows that it does not take extra time vs. a good consultation.

IS THERE A SEMINAR/EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT ON STYLE VISION?

Yes. Style Vision is part of a series of new education seminars – Consultation & Couture Color seminars. Discover our online education program here

I HAVE 10 STYLISTS IN MY SALON. HOW MANY TABLETS WITH STYLE VISION DO I NEED?

Based on our research in salons we recommend 1 tablet per 3 stylists.

CAN I USE THIS TOOL FOR MALE CLIENTS?

Yes, there are male images in the tool. You can also upload your own images and Style Vision will display them in the Professional Consultation section.

HOW CAN THIS TOOL HELP ME TO TRADE CLIENTS UP TO ONE OF THE NEW COUTURE COLOR SERVICES?

Style Vision includes many different looks and indicates which ones include Couture Colour Services. Please go to the Professional Consultation section and filter different Couture Colour looks: Natural and Sophisticated, Customised and Artistic, and Wellbeing.

CAN I SAVE THE CLIENT CONSULTATIONS?

Currently, Style Vision doesn’t include this feature.

HOW CAN I UPDATE THE APPLICATION WITH NEW CONTENT?

Style Vision will be updated twice a year with new products and brand news. Please download the update when you receive an indication from App Store or Google Play.

HOW DO I GET THE LATEST NEWS WHEN STYLE VISION IS UPDATED ONLY TWICE A YEAR?

Style Vision offers brand news via social media feeds in the Inspiration Gallery. Thus, you will stay up to date via Pinterest and Instagram brand pages.

WHAT IS THE 'INSPIRATION GALLERY' SECTION?

The Inspiration Gallery combines brand news and social media presence to keep you up to date. In this section you can filter the content to see just images, videos, products, social content or ‘My Salon’ social media feeds.

WHAT IS 'SOCIAL' CONTENT?

You can filter the Inspiration Gallery by type of content. Social content displays Pinterest and Instagram social media feeds to keep you up to date with latest brand news.

WHAT ARE THE 'MY SALON' SOCIAL MEDIA FEEDS?

Style Vision is fully adapted to your salon needs. Style Vision allows you to enter your own Pinterest and Instagram feeds. Please go to the ‘Setting’ section in order to enter your social media web links.

WHAT IS THE 'PROFESSIONAL CONSULTATION' SECTION?

The Professional Consultation supports stylists and clients to explore different looks together. In this section you can filter to find the perfect look and ‘like’ to add them to your looks board.

CAN I UPLOAD MY OWN IMAGES INTO THE PROFESSIONAL CONSULTATION SECTION?

Yes, you can. The Style Vision application is customizable to your salon giving you the ability to upload and delete your own consultation images. Please go to the ‘Setting’ section in order to upload your own images.

CAN I DELETE IMAGES I DON'T LIKE?

Style Vision gives you the possibility to switch on/off brands you don’t have in your salon. If you switch off a brand, Style Vision will hide all the brand images in the Professional Consultation. Please go to the ‘Setting’ section in order to switch on/off brands.

WHAT IS THE 'HOME CARE' SECTION?

Within the Home Care section, clients can self-consult to find suitable products. Following the questionnaire your clients get product suggestions suitable for their hair.

CAN I DELETE PRODUCTS/BRANDS I DON'T HAVE IN MY SALON?

Yes, you can. Style Vision is customizable to your needs. You can switch off a single product or a full brand range whenever you want. Style Vision will not suggest these products in the Home Care section. Please go to the ‘Setting’ section in order to switch on/off products or brands.

CAN I UPLOAD OTHER BRANDS THAT I HAVE IN MY SALON?

Style Vision allows you product customisation features for all our WELLA Salon Professional brands, however you cannot add other brands or their products.

WHAT IS THE 'SETTING' SECTION?

This section offers you a full range of customisation features. Customize Style Vision to fit your and your salon’s needs. Please enter your login code in order to enter the Setting section.

WHAT IS MY LOGIN CODE?

Your login code is 1234. This simple code protects all the customization features designed for you.

CAN I CHANGE THE LOGIN CODE?

No, 1234 code is the same for everyone.

WHAT ARE THE CUSTOMISATION POSSIBILITIES?

Style Vision customization features include:
1. Switch off a brand ➞ Style Vision will switch off the brand in the Home Care and Professional Consultation sections.
2. Switch off a single product ➞ Style Vision will not recommend the product in the Home Care section.
3. Switch off brand social media feeds ➞ Style Vision will hide the brand in the Inspiration Gallery.
4. Upload your social media feeds ➞ Style Vision will display your Pinterest and Instagram content in the Inspiration Gallery under ‘My Salon.’
5. Upload your own images ➞ Style Vision will display your images in the Professional Consultation.
6. Upload your salon logo ➞ Style Vision will display your salon logo next to Wella logo.

HOW CAN I UPLOAD MY OWN CONSULTATION IMAGES AND SALON LOGO?

Please go to the Setting section and click ‘Upload Images’ or ‘Upload logo’. The application will ask you to choose an image from your tablet. Next, you have the possibility to tag images with different filters (blondes, long hair, straight hair…etc.). Save the images and Style Vision will display them in the Professional Consultation.
